


In its season two premiere in January, which racked up a whopping 8.3 million views, Euphoria fans were reintroduced to their beloved East Highland High students, however this time, with even darker and more intense storylines following each character’s spiral down the rabbit hole. The series was an instant phenomenon when it was released in 2019 and has become a coming-of-age lodestar for Gen Z. Today, Sweeney is at the forefront of our television screens, reprising her role as Cassie Howard in the much anticipated second season of HBO’s high-octane teen drama Euphoria. “I’ve got a lot of things I want to do in life,” she says. In her spare time, she’s a trained mixed martial arts fighter and restores vintage cars. The Washington native was valedictorian of her high school class and studied entrepreneurship in college to better understand her contracts. At just twelve years old, Euphoria and The White Lotus star Sydney Sweeney developed a five-year business plan to convince her parents she should start acting.
